The Model 252 was the first self-propelled scraper designed and built by Clarendon Mfg. The scraper, 5 yd., had a roll out style ejection. This scraper was specifically designed to be able to work within the tight confined areas where finish work can be handled with ease. The power unit was a Cat module.

The Model 272 was built with a larger 7 yd capacity along with a forced ejection style dumping system. This scraper was specifically designed to be able to work within the tight confines of the middle lanes of an interstate highway. The power unit was a Cat module.

The Model S17E scraper section was designed and built by Clarendon Mfg. The Tractor section was built by Terex in the Motherwell, Scotland plant. The scraper was built until 2003 when the downturn in the economy cancelled the project. Terex is no longer manufacturing construction equipment.
